Who handles your data

The data controller is [razonSocial], tax ID [nit], registered at [direccion], Colombia. For anything concerning your data, write to [correo].

What we collect

From the registration form: name, phone number, email address and company. Those are the four fields the form shows and we collect nothing else.

If you start filling in the form and leave the page without submitting it, we still keep whatever you had typed, together with a note that the submission was never completed. It is recorded once, when you leave the page, and never while you type. If you would rather it did not happen, clear the fields before leaving; and if it already has, write to [correo] and we will delete it.

Automatically: your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions from the same origin and block automated sending. It is not stored alongside the rest of the data.

If you arrive from an ad or from another site, we also keep the campaign parameters in the address — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content —, the click identifier Google or Meta append, and the domain you came from. They tell us which campaign works and on their own they do not identify you. They are held in your browser for the session, without cookies, and are only stored with the rest if you submit the form.

Aggregate usage statistics through Vercel Analytics: page views and traffic source. These use no cookies and cannot identify you.

What we use it for

To get in touch and respond to the assessment request you submitted. Nothing else.

We will not send you unsolicited marketing, and we will not pass your data to third parties for advertising.

On what basis

On the prior, express and informed authorisation you give by ticking the consent box on the form, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.

If you write to us from the European Economic Area, the legal basis is your consent under article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Who else processes it

We rely on three providers acting as data processors:

Google LLC, where the record is stored in a spreadsheet. Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and provides the aggregate statistics. Resend, which delivers the notification email when someone completes the form.

All three process data outside Colombia, mainly in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for [plazo] from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. After that it is removed from the spreadsheet and from email.

Your rights

You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorisation you gave; be told how we have used it; withdraw your authorisation or request deletion; and file complaints with the Colombian Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date shown above.
